1 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any MRVL Technologies app or website, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has read and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2 Use of Services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Transmit unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our apps or Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services or their related systems or networks
• Use our Services to harm, threaten, harass, or abuse others
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services

3 User Accounts

Some Services require you to create an account. Most MRVL apps work without one — an account is only needed if you want cloud sync or cross-device features.

If you do create an account, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately at support@mrvltechnologies.com if you suspect any unauthorised use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4 Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Some features of our apps are available via paid subscription or one-time purchase. The following terms apply:

• All purchases are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play in accordance with their terms
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for
• Refunds are governed by the refund policies of Apple App Store or Google Play. We will assist where we can, but we do not control the refund process
• We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will give you reasonable advance notice of any price changes affecting your active subscription
• Free trials, where offered, convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand

5 Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, and software — are the exclusive property of MRVL Technologies or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our apps for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include the right to sublicence, sell, resell, copy, or commercially exploit any part of our Services.

6 User-Generated Content

Some of our Services allow you to create, upload, or store content ("User Content"). You retain full ownership of your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant MRVL Technologies a limited licence to store, process, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not use your content for any other purpose, including advertising or training AI models.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You must not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

7 Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MRVL Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of our Services.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

9 Third-Party Services & Links

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services (such as Apple App Store, Google Play, and Supabase). We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you use in connection with our apps.

10 Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes — particularly those affecting paid features — with advance notice where possible.

11 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, if you materially breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

You may stop using our Services at any time. To delete your account, use the in-app account deletion feature (Settings → Account → Delete Account) or contact us at support@mrvltechnologies.com and we will process it within 48 hours.

12 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer resident in another jurisdiction, you may also have rights under your local consumer protection laws that these Terms do not override.

13 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes — those that meaningfully affect your rights or obligations — we will provide at least 14 days' notice via in-app notification or email before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of our Services after that period constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may stop using our Services and delete your account.
